How to measure:

Chest: Measure under you arms around the fullest part of your chest including your shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Neck: Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam’s apple), keeping the tape a bit loose.
Shirt Length: This is the length of the shirt from where your neck/shoulders meet to the bottom of the shirt.
