If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Please complete the return/exchange form included on the back of your original invoice. If this is a gift, please send the completed form along with a check payable to Reyn Spooner or a credit card number including billing and shipping address to cover any additional shipping charges (for exchanges). Include your original receipt(s) and the return/exchange form in your package. Please insure and send your merchandise via U.S. Postal Service (C.O.D.’s will not be accepted) to:

All returned and exchanged merchandise must be in sellable condition. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement (for credit card refunds). We will not issue a refund, exchange or credit memo if the merchandise has been laundered, worn or abused. Credit memos and gift certificates may not be converted to cash or credit card refunds. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective. Return shipping costs will be refunded based on insured U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Should a package be returned to us via Federal Express, UPS or other carrier, shipping charges equal to that of insured U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail will be the maximum refund. All Items purchased from this website must be returned to reynspooner.com. Items purchased from our Reyn’s or Reyn Spooner stores must be returned to the same store in which they were purchased.
