This map below shows estimated times for our ground service in the US. Please add 1-2 days of processing time for total transit. International orders are all processed using 2-day FedEx International priority service.
Regular orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Then your choice of shipping will determine arrival time. So total transit time is your shipping method plus 1-2 business days. Our shipping options and rates are:

Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes. However, if you place an order with a P.O. Box shipping address, please expect a 2-3 week transit time for your order. Overnight delivery and 2-Day shipping are not available to P.O. Boxes.
Of course! We’ll keep you updated via email when we complete your order processing. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your front door. You can also look up the status of your order at any time if you’ve set up an account with us. Just log in to view your order history. Your tracking number will be available there as well.
What's your return policy?
Reyn Spooner wants you to be happy with your purchase. If the fit or color isn't exactly what you expected, we want to fix that. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your regular priced items within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or store credit. We will even cover the return shipping cost for U.S. shipping addresses only. Click below to start your return and access your free shipping label.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 10-14 business days.

Here are the rules:
- Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.
- Some Items Can’t Be Returned: Unfortunately, Final Sale items cannot be returned. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion. Please make note of it.
- A Refund If Returned Within 30 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 30 days of purchase. We will even cover the return shipping cost for U.S. shipping addresses only. Use our automated return system to start your return and access your free shipping label or contact customer service for assistance.
- Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.
- Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system. If you have any trouble using our automated system to access your free shipping label contact customer service for assistance.
- Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
- Automated Return Center:Access your return center online, select the item(s) you would like to return, get a refund estimate, download your free shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
