At Reyn Spooner, our utmost concern is for the well-being of our teams, customers and communities. To that end, we are continuing to monitor the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following guidance from both government agencies and public health officials and will review and revise our response as necessary. You can continue to check this page for any updates.
Our online store continues to be open and our distribution center is currently operating under normal hours. We are fulfilling all online orders within normal timeframes and our support team will continue to assist customers with any questions or order issues. Rest assured, we are fully focused on continuing to offer you the customer the same superior service with minimal disruptions. Our warehouse is adjusting their processes and practices to ensure that all packages are handled with safety in mind. All items ship from a facility that is fully managed and operated by Reyn Spooner. We do not outsource our fulfillment nor do we share space with any other brands or products.
Our design and production teams have been working hard to make Reyn Spooner face masks available to our customers, employees, and partners. Reyn Spooner is proud to partner with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii to provide masks for Bigs and Littles in mentoring relationships. These mentoring relationships protect against the harmful effects of adverse childhood experiences and help young people with childhood trauma. BBBS Hawaii's volunteer program helps children ages 6-16 develop one-on-one relationships to achieve success and avoid potentially risky behaviors. With many school programs being shut down due to COVID-19, BBBS Hawaii has adapted services to ensure kids stay connected to their mentors, providing vital support during this unprecedented time. Profits from Reyn Spooner's face mask program help enable these donations - so thank you for your support!
As of Saturday, March 21st, 2020, we made the decision to close our Hawaii retail stores based on the guidance of local, state, and federal health authorities. We will reopen our stores when it is safe to do so.
Our thoughts and well wishes are with everyone affected by this virus.
Mahalo for your continued support and loyalty during these challenging times.
