Too tight in waist

"This is a very beautiful and well made dress. The fit is a bit weird, however. It’s cut in way too much in the middle. I originally ordered an 8 and if fit everywhere but the waist. It was too small and tight. I exchanged it for a 10 which was slightly too big on top but worked. The middle was still tight. I don’t own anything in size 10. With other Reyn Spooner dresses in the standard S/M/L sizing, I wear a medium. Again, the material is beautiful and the quality is what you’d expect from the brand. But the fit is off."

Comfortable and Cute

"The cut and neckline of this dress is so feminine and flattering. Also, love that this dress has pockets. Husband got the tailored shirt in the same print, red color, he loves it. The cotton feels so nice and seems like a quality fabric that will last. Do agree with other reviews about the questionable security of the buttons holding the straps. Since my straps are so loose though I plan to shorten and secure them with some well-placed stitches anyway. Bought this to wear to an event, but it is so comfortable, I think this dress will be something I reach for throughout the summer. Did have to exchange for a size down since bust measurements were between sizes. It’s actually still a little loose in the bust but for this style I think it’ll make for an airier, more comfortable fit than going down yet another size. But, the exchange process was so easy and fast that a new dress was on my doorstep the day after I’d returned the first one."

Fit & Flare but Weak Strap Fastener

"Love the flattering fit and shape of this dress, this is my 2nd one. I size one up for bust & comfort. Only gripe is that this style has a major weak point at the strap buttons, which are not fastened securely and break off. I've defaulted to safety-pinning the straps to avoid a wardrobe malfunction. . ."
