Making Sure Your Aloha Finds You
At Reyn Spooner, we’re all about sharing Aloha — and we want to be sure your order arrives safely and smoothly.
During checkout, you’ll have multiple chances to review and confirm your shipping address before placing your order, including when using express checkout options like Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
To help your Aloha find you, please double-check that your shipping details are accurate and complete before finalizing your order.
Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address — including those placed through express checkout services, where your address may be pulled directly from your payment account.
If an order is processed and shipped to an address that was input and confirmed incorrectly by the customer:
- We’ll do our best to contact our shipping partners to request an intercept or reroute.
- Please note: Address changes and intercepts are not guaranteed once a package is in transit.
- If we’re unable to retrieve or redirect the package, it will be the customer’s responsibility to recover it from the address provided at checkout.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). After that, your choice of shipping will determine arrival time. The total transit time is your shipping method plus order processing time.
Please note during high volume periods, processing time may be delayed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. This includes order/item cancellations, address modifications, and shipping method changes.
We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask that you review and double check their order information prior to submitting payment to make sure everything is correct!
Rest assured, we offer free 30-day returns and exchanges if we are unable to cancel or modify your order before it ships out.
What are your domestic shipping options?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer free Ground shipping on U.S. orders over $150
Our domestic shipping options for all 50 U.S. states are listed below:
Ground Shipping: $9.95 Delivery in 5-8 business days.
Our ground shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order.
Priority Shipping: $17.95 Delivery in 3-5 business days.
Order processing time is 2-3 business days, which does not include shipping time.
Express Shipping: $31.95 Delivery in 2-3 business days.
Order processing time is about 2-3 business days, which does not include shipping time.
Please note order processing and transit times do NOT include weekends and holidays.
What are your international shipping options?
All international orders will ship with FedEx International shipping. Shipping rates are based on your order value and are outlined below:
$0.00 - $198.99: $49.95
$199.00 - $398.99: $58.95
$399.00 - $598.99: $69.95
$599.00+: $79.95
Please note that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on www.reynspooner.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. www.reynspooner.com has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you place an order with a P.O. Box shipping address, there may be additional transit time for your order.
How can I track my package?
We’ll keep you updated via email when your order ships. The email will include a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress right to your front door. You can also look up the status of your order at any time if you have an account with us – just log in to view your order history and your tracking number will be available in your account.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
If you think your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our 'Ohana Care team at ohanacare@reynspooner.com or call us at 888.402.5056
Due to limitations from our carriers, we have a 10 day window to submit any lost or stolen package claims. Claims received after the 10 day window cannot be processed.
