What is your return policy?

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your regular priced items and sale items (unless marked as Final Sale) within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or store credit.

Once you have created a return, you must ship your item(s) back to us within 14 days. Returns received after the delivery deadline will be eligible for store credit only.

Items marked FINAL SALE or ending in ".97" cannot be exchanged or refunded.

To complete a return, select the button above and follow our guided returns process. We will even cover the return shipping cost for U.S. shipping addresses only.

• Items Cannot Be Returned After 30 Days.

• Original Shipping Cost is Not Refundable When an Item is Returned.

• You Have 14 Days to Ship Your Return Back to Us.

• Return and Exchange New Items Only: Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.

• Some Items Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged: Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion. Please make note of it.

• Gifts Can Be Returned or Exchanged For An Online Store Credit: Please select the option "Returning a Gift?" in our online returns portal. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system. If you have any trouble using our automated system to access your free shipping label contact our Ohana Care Team for assistance.

• Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return or exchange the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return or exchange will not be processed.

• Automated Return and Exchange Center: Access the return and exchange center online using the buttons above, select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, follow the guided steps, download your free shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Holiday Return Policy

All orders placed between October 15, 2023 and December 24, 2023, will have an extended holiday return window. For your convenience, we will accept returns on orders placed during these dates until January 31, 2024.

Items marked FINAL SALE or ending in ".97" cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How soon will I get my refund?

We automatically issue a refund for the items you selected in the Returns Portal when your package is received and processed at our warehouse.

Original shipping cost is not refundable when an item is returned.

Please allow 1-3 business days for the credit to show to your original form of payment. If you used a gift card or store credit, you will be refunded in the form of a new e-gift card.

Any additional items included in your package will be refunded once received and processed at our warehouse, please allow 10-14 days after your return is delivered for processing.

If your package contains fewer items than selected in the Returns Portal, or if the returned items do not meet our guidelines, our 'Ohana Care Team will reach out to collect payment.

What is your exchange policy?

To start an exchange, simply select any applicable return reason and then click "Exchange item for a different color/size." You will be prompted to pick your preferred option. Print your return label and promptly mail back the item that didn't work. 

Please note that our inventory is subject to change and the stock is not guaranteed until you ship your return back to us. As soon as your return shipment is scanned by the carrier, an exchange order will automatically be created in our system. We highly recommend shipping your order back to us as soon as you process your exchange to ensure the item you're exchanging will still be in stock.

Can I return or exchange my order in store?

For your convenience, items purchased online from may also be returned or exchanged at any Reyn Spooner retail store. Please bring your order packing slip and shipping materials with you to process your return.

Please note: To be refunded for your online purchase, the item must be available in one of our retail stores. If the item is no longer available in our stores, you can exchange your item for another item in-store or ship your item back to us for a refund.
