Nestled in Manoa Valley on Oʻahu, Off The Hook Poke Market has been serving up the freshest poke in Hawaii since opening in 2018. The only Poke market that buys whole fish at the daily fish market and breaks them down themselves, owners JP and Tomoki Ito serve up the local favorite of cubed and marinated fish with a Japanese twist.
