Hand-painted in a classic Spooner style, the design captures these gentle giants in all stages of life.

Now open at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, the all-new Elephant Valley immerses guests into the world of African elephants like never before. Designed to mirror the rhythms of the savanna, this remarkable experience allows visitors to walk alongside the herd on shared pathways to experience the landscapes through the eyes of elephants themselves.
Every element of Elephant Valley reflects the changing sights, sounds, and seasons of the African savanna. Carefully grown plant life (including thorn trees favored by elephants and rare species preserved by the Safari Park’s horticulture teams) creates a living ecosystem that evolves throughout the year. Here, elephants roam, forage, and interact just as they would in native habitats while guests witness their complex social bonds and remarkable intelligence.
More than an unforgettable wildlife experience, Elephant Valley represents the heart of San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance’s global conservation work. African savanna elephants face increasing threats from habitat loss, climate change, and poaching. A portion of proceeds from each purchase will support their conservation initiatives and help secure a future for elephants and the remarkable habitats they call home.
By purchasing this collection, you are contributing to San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance’s conservation efforts to save species worldwide. Reyn Spooner will contribute 3% of gross proceeds from each purchase, with a minimum contribution of $20,000, from September 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028. Contribution is not tax deductible.
