Tour Bailey's Antiques & Aloha Shirts
A must-see vintage spot in Honolulu for any Aloha shirt enthusiast, Bailey's is a classic shop that has been part of the Reyn Spooner family for generations.
Home to the greatest collection of Aloha shirts in the world (15,000+), it’s a place bursting with soul and community.
The owner, David Bailey, is one of the foremost authorities on Aloha shirts in the world and his stories are also world class.
In 1979, after a near death paragliding accident, David knew it was time for a new adventure. He spent the following year acquiring over 1000 vintage Aloha shirts from swap meets, yard sales, and thrift stores around the world to open his store in 1980. And over the last 40 years, his collection has become the stuff of legends.
When the world gets back to normal, we highly recommend visiting Bailey’s in Honolulu. In the meantime, you can follow them on Instagram @baileysalohashirts
