Description

Nothing says Spooner quite like our iconic Lahaina Sailor print, so we created this exclusive, limited-edition Made in Hawai'i Lahaina Sailor Pullover.

An island icon since its debut in 1968, it is one of our oldest and most beloved prints. Inspired by the bandanas worn by sailors visiting Lahaina Harbor during the whaling era, this design pays tribute to Hawai'i's rich culture, featuring the Hawaiian state flag, state flower (hibiscus), state bird (nene goose), and state tree (the kukui nut).

Handcrafted with Aloha for Over 50 Years

We took one of our oldest and most beloved prints and created an exclusive batch of pullovers, the original Aloha shirt silhouette developed by our founder, Reyn McCullough, made here in Hawaiʻi for this limited-edition release.

Lahaina Sailor was first released in 1968, and is inspired by the bandanas worn by sailors visiting Lahaina Harbor in the whaling era. This print captures the rich culture of Hawaiʻi and features the state flower (hibiscus), the state bird (nene goose), the state tree (kukui or candlenut), and the Hawaiian state flag.

Worn and collected for generations, it’s more than just a print, it’s part of our story.
