Reyn Spooner celebrates the 250th Anniversary of the United States Armed Forces with this hand painted print highlighting the United States Marines. Scenes depicted in the print include the iconic raising of the flag at Iwo Jima, a U.S. Marine leading a convoy of fellow Marines while on foot, a training run, flag folding, marines running to an awaiting Osprey, and a CH 53 helicopter flying. The print is what drew me to buy it for him because he is a sculptor who does bronze lifesize statues of the surfers who created the surf industry in Dana Point, CA.
